When you assign someone a task the calendar will show you if they are booked for that day. Add in expected hours for the task and as the person completes their work you can see the running total and know whether you are under or over budget. In the "To avoid redoing work" text box to clarify to the person the essential thing they need to focus on to avoid redoing work or being delayed. Why this pricing	We did not want to pricing based on number of users, or account type with specific options that you pay more to use. We want an App where everyone has access to all the feature and you have as many people as you like accessing or sharing your information about the property service request and history.
